Manufacturer warranty
VinCheapParts does not offer its own warranty. Many parts are covered by a warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty terms and coverage vary by manufacturer and by part, and any claim is handled under the manufacturer's terms. Contact us with your order number and we will help you find the warranty information that applies to your part. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Returns and defective items
Warranty claims and returns are different processes. If an item arrives damaged, is not the part you ordered, or is defective, follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds policy before sending anything back. Every return requires an authorization and supplier-specific shipping instructions.
