Eligible returns

• You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible parts.
• Parts must be unused and uninstalled, and returned in appropriate original condition and packaging.

Items with additional restrictions

Electrical items, opened fluids and special-order items may have additional eligibility restrictions, consistent with applicable law. Contact us before you return one of these items so we can confirm whether it qualifies.

How to start a return

• Contact us at admin@vincheapparts.com or (833) 902-6312 with your order number, the part and the reason for the return.
• Every return requires a return authorization. We will send you shipping instructions that are specific to the supplier handling your return.
• Please never send a part back before you receive return instructions. Parts ship from different suppliers, and a return sent to the wrong place may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

• If we or our supplier sent the wrong item, or the item is defective, VinCheapParts pays reasonable return shipping.
• For approved change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and verified, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Original shipping charges are refunded when the law requires it or when the problem was our error.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, is not the part you ordered, or is defective, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the part and its packaging. We will review the issue with the supplier and tell you which options are available.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will ask the supplier to cancel it. If the order is cancelled before it ships, you will be refunded what you paid. If it has already shipped, you may be able to return it under this policy. If we cannot ship your order on time, see the delay and cancellation terms in our Shipping Policy.

Manufacturer warranty

VinCheapParts does not offer its own warranty. Many parts are covered by a warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty terms and coverage vary by manufacturer and by part, and any claim is handled under the manufacturer's terms. Contact us with your order number and we will help you find the warranty information that applies to your part. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
