Who we are

VinCheapParts operates this website and sells auto parts that ship from independent supplier warehouses. Contact us at admin@vincheapparts.com or (833) 902-6312.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price, shipping and tax for your cart are calculated by our server and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• We may cancel an order and refund it if a part is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Fitment

We show parts that our data confirms fit the vehicle you select. Fitment data comes from manufacturer and third-party sources and can contain errors, so compare the part with your vehicle before installing it.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Warranty Information pages explain how shipping, returns, refunds and manufacturer warranty information work. These terms do not add any shipping, return or warranty commitment beyond what those pages state.

AI parts assistant

Our parts assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Fitment, prices and order status shown on product, cart and checkout pages take priority over anything the assistant says. Do not enter payment card numbers in the chat.

Installation and safety

Brakes, steering and suspension parts affect safety. If you are not confident installing a part, use a qualified mechanic. You are responsible for safe installation and use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, including scraping or overloading it, trying to access other people's information, or using it for anything illegal.

SMS text messaging terms

If you choose to receive text messages from VinCheapParts, these terms apply to that program. Text messaging is optional. You can buy from us without agreeing to receive any text messages.

• Order and customer support messages are about your orders, shipping updates and customer service requests.
• Marketing messages are recurring promotional texts about automotive parts, special offers and discounts. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
• You choose each type separately with its own checkbox. Agreeing to one type does not agree you to the other.
• Message frequency varies. It depends on your orders and, if you opt in, on our promotions.
• Message and data rates may apply, as set by your mobile carrier and plan.
• To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message. We will confirm and stop texting you. Replying START does not re-subscribe you unless you have opted in again through our checkout.
• For help, reply HELP or email admin@vincheapparts.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your consent, phone number and the time and source of your consent are recorded. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is used and protected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, VinCheapParts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or our parts. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
